1. Overview
The Golden Ticket referral programme rewards existing iTech clients for successfully introducing new business clients to iTech Computers Services Ltd.
2. Reward for the Referring Client (You)
You will receive a 10% reduction on your next monthly invoice (excluding VAT) once the referred client has:
- Signed a minimum 12-month managed service agreement with iTech, and
- Completed their first full month of service and paid their first invoice in full.
The 10% credit will be applied automatically to your following invoice. No cash alternative is available.
3. Discount for the Referred Client
The new client you refer will receive a 10% discount on their first full monthly invoice (excluding VAT). This discount is applied automatically and is valid only on the first full month of service.
4. Eligibility
- Open only to current iTech managed-service clients in good standing.
- The referred business must be a new client that has never previously held a contract with iTech Computers Services Ltd.
- Self-referrals or referrals of companies under common ownership/control are not permitted.
- One referral reward per new client. Multiple referrals of the same company will only qualify once.
5. General Conditions
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or introductory offer.
- iTech Computers Services Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or claw back the discount/credit if the referral is found to be ineligible or fraudulent.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Golden Ticket programme at any time without prior notice.
- Any credit issued has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
6. Privacy
Information submitted via the referral form will only be used to facilitate the introduction and apply the relevant discounts/credits in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Effective Date
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 18 November 2025 and apply to all referrals made from this date onwards.
